About Vosik

Built by someone who knows what it takes to answer “Should we pay this?”

The supplier wants an answer. Operations needs the material. Finance wants the savings. Your purchasing team is expected to make it all happen.

Experience behind the product

The problem isn’t a shortage of things to check. It’s time to check them.

Vosik’s founder spent 15 years in purchasing, distribution, and supply chain — including a decade inside Clayton Homes — one of the nation’s largest homebuilders — after Sysco and Viskase. He built Vosik to address the recurring problems he and his teams faced: reviewing increases, comparing offers, following up on rebates, and explaining the results.

When that work lives across documents, spreadsheets, and inboxes, even an experienced team can struggle to keep up.

Vosik puts more of that checking power in your team’s hands.

Security

Your data is handled like it matters

An independent penetration test of the Vosik application was completed in October 2026 by Oneleet, following industry-standard methodologies. The letter of attestation is available on request. Our SOC 2 program is underway with the same firm.

Built for the buying team

Start where material costs hit home.

We start with homebuilders: teams buying building materials while prices move, contracts pile up, and margins get squeezed.

Make findings useful.

Give your buyer something specific to check, question, or follow up on.

Keep buyers in control.

Support the people making purchasing decisions and managing supplier relationships.

Make results honest.

Keep estimates separate from dollars your business has actually confirmed.

Help putting it to work

Software earns its place when people use it.

Guided uploads, hands-on training, and monthly review calls help your team make Vosik part of its purchasing work.

Start with a job your team knows well. Look at what Vosik finds. Measure the time. Then decide if it gives your buyers the help they need.

Discuss Your Team’s Needs

See the work

Experience matters. See what it produced.

Watch a review. See the findings. Read the reply your buyer would send.
