How it works

You negotiated good terms. Vosik makes sure you get them.

Upload your purchasing documents. Vosik finds the problems and drafts what to do about them. Your team stays in charge.

01 / BRING THE DOCUMENTS

Start with the facts.

Upload the purchasing documents and contracts your team already has. We help you get set up.

02 / EXAMINE THE FINDINGS

Find what deserves a closer look.

Vosik flags what’s worth checking: prices that may not match the contract, market moves, and rebates you may be able to claim.

03 / TAKE ACTION

Act on it.

See the suggested next step, edit the draft reply to the supplier, and track the follow-up. Your team stays in control.

01

Supplier increases

A price-increase letter is a request. Check it.

Vosik reads the letter and checks it against your contract — the price caps, the notice period, the fine print — plus what the market is actually doing. Then it tells your buyer whether the increase holds up, and drafts a reply if it doesn’t.

Vosik prepares a response. Your buyer reviews, edits, and sends it.

02

Tariffs & market changes

The market moved. Your buying decision should account for it.

When a supplier points to tariffs or the market, Vosik shows you the real numbers — so you can judge whether the increase adds up and whether now is the right time to buy.

Ask what changed, what applies to your materials, and what it means for the next order.

03

Rebates

A rebate only counts if you claim it.

Vosik finds the rebates in your agreements, tracks how close you are to each one, and warns you before a deadline passes. Nothing gets buried under other work.

Your team confirms it qualifies and files the claim.

04

Bid comparisons

Find the differences before they become costs.

Put every bid side by side — even a package bid with one total price next to quotes that list every item. Vosik breaks the package into its real parts using published industry numbers, with no made-up prices.

Spend your time on the decision, not the spreadsheet.

05

Savings & reporting

Show finance what actually happened.

Reports that keep three numbers separate: money you found, money you went after, and money you actually got back. Plus what you paid versus what the contract says, and purchasing cost per home closed.

Finding money is not the same as collecting it. Vosik keeps those numbers separate.

Practical questions

Know what your team is getting.

What does our team need to provide?

Your purchasing records, supplier contracts, price-increase letters, and bids. Sales will confirm exactly what’s needed for the job you want to test.

Does Vosik send supplier emails for us?

Vosik prepares a response for your buyer to review, edit, and send. Your team controls the decision and the supplier relationship.

Will our team receive training?

Yes. You get guided setup, training, and monthly review calls. Your proposal spells out the details.

How should we measure the value?

Pick one job your team does often. Time it the old way, then with Vosik, and count the dollars your team actually recovers. Our published time comparisons are founder estimates, not measured customer results.

Is the scope the same for every company?

No. Sales will work out users, departments, and workflows with you, and your proposal makes clear what’s included.
